Contemplative Outreach Ltd was founded over 34 years ago to transmit the living tradition of monastic spirituality and the contemplative Christian heritage to those living ordinary lives. Today it is an ecumenical global community of individuals and small faith communities.

Contemplative Outreach UK is a part of this global community, but we have to be self-sufficient.

Contemplative Outreach UK is run by volunteers, who offer their time, energy and skill as an act of service, but expenses are still incurred.

Contemplative Outreach UK offers:

• Mailings for information and a bi-annual Newsletter.
• Retreats and Training.
• Support for small groups and individuals.
